IQ Testing

We provide cognitive assessments to support applications for gifted programs like FCPS's Advanced Academics Program (AAP) and private school applications.

Our experienced practitioners have worked with many children and families navigating these processes. â€‹

Testing Process includes:

  • Brief parent/guardian and child interviews

  • IQ test, which is typically the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children-Fifth Edition (WISC-V) or Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence-Fourth Edition (WPPSI-IV)​

  • Detailed report of the findings

  • Feedback session to review the results with parent/guardian.
