Understand how your child learns, thinks, and navigates the world.
If your child is struggling in school, having trouble focusing, or showing signs of frustration or distress, an evaluation can identify exactly what is getting in the way and why.

Beyond providing the answers you need, we are uniquely qualified to help you navigate the 'next steps.' Whether that means coordinating school-based supports like MTSS, 504 Plans, or IEPs, collaborating with your pediatrician, or connecting you with specialized educational advocates and therapists (such as Speech, OT, or psychotherapy), we ensure you aren't left to figure it out alone.
We provide expert diagnostic clarity for a range of childhood conditions such as:
-
Specific Learning Disorders that may be referred to as dyslexia, dyscalculia, or dysgraphia
-
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
-
Autism Spectrum Disorder
-
Intellectual Disability
-
Concerns with anxiety, depression and emotional/behavioral regulation.
-
Executive functioning challenges (planning, organization, task completion, etc)

An evaluation may be the right step when:
-
Effort doesn’t match output: Your child works incredibly hard, but their results don't reflect their potential.
-
School is a struggle: They are falling behind in reading, writing, or math despite support.
-
Focus or Emotions interfere: Anxiety, frustration, or trouble staying on task are getting in the way of their day.
-
Relationship challenges: Difficulties in the home or with peers affect daily life.
-
Genetics: There is family history of a similar concern that you are seeing in your child.
Our First Goal: Honesty
Your first call with us will help you determine if a full evaluation is truly the right step. You'll talk to one of our experienced psychologists for a free consultation. Not every concern requires a comprehensive assessment, and we are always transparent about what we think will be most useful for your child.

Whole-Child Approach
When an evaluation is indicated, it opens the door to school-based services, accommodations, treatments, and personalized support.

-
The Full Picture: We examine cognitive, academic, attention, memory, executive functioning, and social-emotional skills through arrange of direct and indirect measures.
-
Beyond the Testing Room: We gather input from teachers and parents to understand your child in the real world, not just a clinical setting.
-
Neuro-Affirming Care: We accept your child as they are, focusing on how to help them function and thrive.
What Makes Our Process is Different
We know this is a significant commitment of time and resources. We do not use shortcuts or templates. We use a variety of psychological, educational, and neuropsychological tools to gather a variety of information about your child's skills.

-
Dedicated Attention: Our psychologists take on only one or two evaluations at a time to ensure your child receives individualized care.
-
2-3 Hours With Parents: We learn about your child in an 1-1.5 hour interview at the start, then spend another 1-1.5 hours with you explaining the results at the end. If you need more after you've digested the report, we can schedule further consultation.
-
5–9 Hours of Direct Testing: Extensive one-on-one time spent with your child, split up across 2 to 3 testing days to optimize their engagement.
-
8-10+ Hours of Analysis: We spend significant time behind the scenes reviewing records, analyzing data, and crafting a clear roadmap you can actually understand and use for your child's success.

Reports Built for Results, Not Just Data
We know that a 30-page report filled with clinical jargon doesn’t help your child, but clear, actionable steps do.
We have invested significant time in specialized training and revamped our entire reporting process to ensure our findings are readable and useful for the people who matter most: parents and teachers.

-
Jargon-Free Clarity: We translate complex testing data into everyday language so you actually understand how your child’s brain works.
-
A Roadmap for Teachers: We don't just list scores; we provide specific, "classroom-ready" strategies that teachers can implement immediately.
-
Focused on the "How": Our reports move quickly from what the challenge is to how to support it at home and in school.
-
Collaborative Design: We’ve shaped our reporting style based on direct feedback from educators and families about what they actually need to move forward.
